MESOTHERAPY
in Mallorca

What is mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy, also known as skin boosters, involves making multiple micro-injections of hyaluronic acid and other ingredients such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids into the top layers of the skin. The purpose of this is to visibly hydrate skin and to create the best possible environment within the dermis for the fibroblast cells to start produce more new collagen and elastin. Mesotherapy is commonly done on the skin of the face, neck and décolletage.

What to expect before the procedure?

Mesotherapy is a great introductory procedure for anyone starting out with aesthetic medicine because there is virtually no downtime and no worry that the procedure will change the shape of your features as it is a treatment directed purely at improving the skin quality. Some mesotherapy products, like REDENSITY 1, contain lidocaine, while others require application of an anaesthetic cream prior to the procedure to make it as comfortable as possible. We use the thinnest available needles, the Invisible Needles® from TSK, so the procedure is very comfortable even without anaesthetic, and bruising is minimal, if any occurs. Papules created by the microinjections will disappear within 24 hours on the face and within 24-48 hours on the neck. The whole procedure takes on average 30 minutes from start to finish.
